ROLE PURPOSE:
• Ensure the Availability and reliability of VMT service
•  Implement all required changes to improve the service performance
• Drive the business KPIS within the team to achieve the best cost model
• Able to plan and design new project implementation plans
• Implementing new service onboard to follow the BAU model
• Establish and design the required process to facilitate the daily operation


 

Operation • Ensure the Availability and reliability of VMT service.
• Measure and insure the achievement of the services QoS 
• Achieve the business KPI
• Solve all assigned incidents and fulfill the assigned service request
• Attend the service achievement meeting
• Apply the daily operation tasks
• Issue the required report regarding to the VMT service
• In roll in the on call schema
• Drive the business KPIS within the team to achieve the best cost model
• Able to plan and design new project implementation plans
• Implementing new service onboard to follow the BAU model
• Establish and design the required process to facilitate the daily operation•

• Qualification / Experience:
o Degree in telecommunication engineering ,systems Engineering or computer engineering, 
o At least 8 years’ experience in applications supports 
• PC Knowledge:
o Windows 2003/2000 support ,IIS, windows services ,MS messages queues
o Web analysis tools 
• Technical skills:
o Solid knowledge with SQL 2005 database
o Familiar with database design methodology and  performance tuning
o  web development background and Internet technologies
o GSM technology understanding and VAS support experiences.
o CRM application background
o Windows services deployment and support
o Good knowledge on Networking theory and Network design 
o Microsoft Messaging Technology background
o ITIL Foundation and service management background
o Power shell scripting
o Familiar with USSD/SMSC 
o Familiar  with ISO27001 & ISO20001

• Personal skills:
o Strong Conversational English skill
o Strong Business writing skills
o Strong Analytical thinking
o Strong business reporting skills
o 
• Business and Managerial skills:
o Good understanding of the activities of the other departments in the Company and of the user segmentations and requirements
o Understanding of the Telecommunications Market
o Working under stress and against very tight time line.
o Dynamic and  Customer oriented 
o Communication in multicultural environment
o Experiences in data analysis and business reporting
o Project management experiences, PMP is a plus
